My career started at the age of 20 as a dishwasher in a small restaurant in my hometown in Sardinia. I grew through experiences in hotels across Italy and Europe, and eventually became an Executive Chef in 5-star hotels around the world.

At home, I learned by watching my mother cook with fresh ingredients from my father’s farm. Over the years I’ve become a creative self-taught chef, bringing authentic Italian flavors to fine-dining menus across Asia, the Middle East, Australia, and South America—always guided by quality local and seasonal products and my mantra: the more passionate the cook, the better the flavors.

Chef Mauro made our valentine's dinner one we will truly remember forever. From the moment he entered our home, he was warm and smiley and the made it a great experience. He is attentive, punctual, engaging and very professional. He prepared a great dinner with an amazing setup in our backyard. The dishes were presented in an incredible manner and were truly delicious. The storytelling behind the dishes were on point and the flower/candle setup were superb. He even went the extra mile on printing the menu, cleaning the kitchen and leaving leftover uncooked food in our fridge. This was an incredible experience and one we will definitely repeat.
